Will you be listing my house on the MLS or actually buying it?Great question — and an important one. We're not real estate agents, so we won’t be listing your house on the MLS. We’re direct buyers. If your property fits our criteria, we’ll purchase it ourselves — no middlemen, no commissions. Depending on the condition and situation, we may renovate it, resell it, or hold it as a rental.

Are there any fees or commissions when I work with you?Not a single one. Unlike the traditional route, we don’t charge fees or commissions. If we agree on a price, that’s exactly what you get — no hidden costs, no surprises. In most cases, we’ll even cover the closing costs for you. How are you different from a real estate agent?t’s a great question — and an important one.
